Icy Trees

Good Morning! Phew what a weekend that was! We had our Niece and Nephew staying and although its been lovely its been very very exhausting! I also had major problems with my Macbook and it's having to go away to be fixed so I am blogging on my son's laptop which I am not used to!

I had a question from a Vicky Williams about my Tuesday Classes and I have no contact details for you so please will you email me on the email address at the top of my blog, thank you

Today I am sharing a card made at my last Stamp a Stack of 2015. We did 2 Christmas cards and 4 non-Christmas cards. This one is a very effective technique just using a piece of scrap paper torn into valleys and mountains. You stamp your trees and then ink the Pool Party ink for the frosty look.
I just love the look of this, I made a few of these last year.
I closed my Online Code Club order for November last night and I will be opening Decembers shortly. Please keep your eyes peeled on here

Reindeer Tag & Bag

Good Morning! I usually schedule my blog posts to go live whilst I am either still in bed or just getting up on a morning! Today however I am already up as my little Niece Mollie who is staying over with her brother Lucas was awake at 6.10am! Gosh I have forgotten how hard these early mornings are!

So this was the last project from Tuesday evenings class. My ladies usually groan when I mention Punch Art but this little fella was met with great approval and almost a round of applause!
I decorated a brown paper bag with the spotty stamp from the Work of Art stamp set and the Cherry Cobbler ink pad then added a little tag with a reindeer on
So cute I hope you agree? And here is the full ensemble together.
If you would like to join our Tuesday gang I do have spaces from 12th January, meeting on the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 7.30pm. Just a reminder that I will be closing off the current Online Code Club on Sunday evening, thank you to those of you who ordered so far.

Reindeer Christmas Card

Hello there! Today is another busy day as I am desperately trying to get ahead with my work. I have 3 events this weekend, Friday evening, Saturday afternoon and Sunday afternoon BUT on top of that I also have my 6 year old Nephew and 2 year old Niece staying for the weekend! EEEEkkkkkkk! So I need a plan and need to be ahead of the game. After the weekend I am on the countdown to Christmas with just 3 Coffee and Card sessions in December. I will be spending the time getting ready for Christmas with my family and also working hard on my projects for 2016 with the gorgeous new products from the Spring/Summer and Sale-A-Bration offerings.
So I saw this cute little Reindeer on Dena Rekow’s blog and I loved it so I based my Tuesday Club class around it for the last class of the year this week. Incidentally I do have places left for my Tuesday Club on the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 12th January 2016. Please message me if you would like to join us in the New Year. I really enjoyed putting the Reindeer together and if you pop onto Dena’s blog she has a little video which helps you to assemble them.
Just look at his little face! Since making this one I have made another 12 reindeer for various projects! They are taking over!
My November Hostess Code Club is still live until Sunday evening. If you are spending between £25 and £150 on my Online Store, or if you are local please email it through to me then I can include you in the order and you will get a little something in December.

Christmas Bunting

Hello there! Happy Wednesday to you! Last night I ran my last Tuesday class for 2015. I don’t run any events during December as a rule to allow me to focus on my family and the new product designs and classes for 2016. I do have spaces at the Tuesday Club from 2016 so please do contact me for more information if you would like to come to class on a Tuesday evening.

Today I am sharing the Christmas Bunting project from my Retreat Day on Saturday. It is a mash up of two designs I saw, one from Pam Morgan who works for Stampin Up and the other from the lovely Michelle Last. Very hard to photograph so I attached it to my dresser so you could see it all.

The pieces are only pegged on to make it easier to store when not in use
It did make a rather nice addition to my display yesterday I have to say!
My hostess online code is still valid until Sunday evening when I will be closing the order. Please do use the code when spending between £25 and £150 on my Online Store. We also have some new Weekly Deals this week, a bit of Black and Gold going on! I have an order going in on Friday evening if you would like to add to it!

Flurry of Wishes One Sheet Wonder

Hello there! I am back today with Christmas makes from my All Day Retreat on Saturday. At the end of the day I usually do the easiest project as people are very tired (including myself) so I like to make it a little easier for everyone. All my ladies got the Flurry of Wishes stamp set and matching punch included in their generous kit to make 2 of the projects a lot easier for them. We created an A4 sheet of stamped snowflakes in Smoky Slate, Island Indigo and Pool Party and then cut it up to make various cards.
I saw this design on Brian King’s blog and loved the layout so I CASED it and added my own touch on it. Thank you to Brian for the inspiration.
Another design very easy to construct.
The ladies also got envelopes to decorate to go with their lovely cards.
I’ll be back tomorrow to show you another project from the event.

Celebrating Mollie’s 2nd Birthday

Yesterday was a very special day as it was my lovely niece’s birthday. I’ve called her Miss Mollie since she was born and I don’t think I will stop calling her that until she is 18! Of course a special card was in order and I made this last week when my pre-order of the new Spring Summer products arrived. So I am giving you a little sneak peek of just a couple of new things as they are not available until 5th January so I don’t want to get you too excited (yet!)
The papers are from a gorgeous new 12x12 paper stack which has some fab party and birthday designs and the  Happy Birthday is also from a new stamp set. It’s a design you have seen many times before and I do have a video on how to make this which I will pop towards the end of this post.

The colour combo is Mint Macaron, Melon Mambo and Daffodil Delight which I think is quite marvellous together and perfect for a little girl, or even a big girl!
Here is a little video on how you could make your own ti-fold card.
Just a week left of this months Hostess Code so if you would like a little gift in December please use the code when placing an order between £25 and £150 on my Online Store.
